    内容提要
    耐热高产优质小麦新品种中麦895的选育与应用获得了2019年农业农村部中华农业科技奖科研成果一等奖。为与同行进行交流,交换意见,研究团队从已发表的论文中挑选25篇编成本书,对中麦895的主要特性做了系统深入研究,书中分四部分,分别为:耐热性和产量性状;根系与肥料利用效率;抗病性与黑胚;加工品质与营养特性。其主要内容体现三点创新性:一,用建立起的高通量田间表型鉴定技术分析表明,中麦895携带4个高千粒重和灌浆速率QTL,这是其耐高温和高产广适的主要原因;二,携带1个全生育期抗条锈病主效QTL、2个成株期抗白粉病QTL和1个抗赤霉病QTL,综合抗病性好;三,含低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基Glu-A3d等优质基因,酚酸含量高且稳定,营养价值高。
