《铁证如山9：吉林省档案馆馆藏日本侵华邮政检阅月报专辑8（英文版）》辑录的是滨江、东宁、孙吴地区1941年—1943年的邮政检阅档案。这些档案是被宪兵队检查后认定为不可扩散的有损日本政府或军队形象的史实，完全出自日本侵华史的亲历者、见证者之手，是日本军国主义及其殖民统治罪行的铁证。深入发掘、充分利用日本侵华时期档案，客观、真实、全面地还原这段历史，有助于让更多的人了解历史真相，进一步揭露批判日本的侵华罪行，是日军侵华暴行的铁证，有力反击日本右翼言行。
