Stuffing配料
Two scallions,trimmed and chopped
青葱两根,去头尾后切碎
One large garlic clove,chopped
大蒜一瓣,剁碎
Two tablespoons sesame oil
芝麻油两大匙
One tablespoon grated fresh ginger
姜一大匙,切丝剁碎
Two tablespoons chopped fresh lime
leaves
两大匙新鲜酸橙叶,切碎
One small red chili,seeded and chopped
小红椒一根,去籽切碎
Juice of one lime
酸橙汁
One tablespoon rice wine
米酒一大匙
Salt and pepper
盐和胡椒
To Garnish装饰
Wedges of fresh lime酸橙片
Fresh coriander,chopped新鲜香菜切碎
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.To make the stuffing,cook scallions and garlic clove in the sesame oil for two minutes.Remove from the heat and mix in the remaining ingredients.Season to taste.
烤箱预热至200℃。配料的做法是把青葱、蒜瓣和芝麻油一起炒两分钟。起锅后和其他配料拌匀。酌量调味。
Put the stuffing in through the neck end of the turkey and tie with string.Pour olive oil into a large roasting dish and put the turkey in it.Mix the lime juice and remaining oil and coat the entire turkey with.t.Roast for twenty minutes.
将配料从火鸡的颈部塞入,并用绳子绑住。将橄榄油涂在大烤盘上,把火鸡放在上面。把酸橙汁和剩下的油混合后涂在整只火鸡上。烤20分钟。
Baste the turkey,then reduce the heat to 190 degrees Celsius and continue roasting for forty minutes.Then cover the turkey with aluminum foil.Continue roasting for two hours.
把流出来的汁涂在火鸡身上。将烤箱温度降至190℃,再烤40分钟。然后用铝箔纸把火鸡包起来,继续烤两个小时。
Remove the turkey from the oven and let it stand for twenty—five minutes to cool.Serve with rice,seasoned vegetables,and a garnish with wedges of fresh lime and coriander.
把火鸡从烤箱里拿出来放凉,等约25分钟。和米饭、调味后的蔬菜配在一起,并且用酸橙片和香菜装饰。
